Non refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Femini the Clothing Please review our Non-Refund Policy before making your purchase We do not offer refunds but will gladly exchange items for a different size or style subject to availability To request an exchange If you wish to return the product in case you don’t like it we can provide you with a store “credit note” that can be used for future purchases on our website (Valid for 6 months )
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item you may request an exchange Contact us within 3 to 5 days receiving your order with photos of the issue Ensure the item is unworn unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached
Incorrect Item Sent
If you receive the wrong item please notify us immediately and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Size Exchange
Size exchange is free You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you. If you receive an item and find that the size is not suitable, you can request a size exchange within 3 to 5 days of the delivery date
Note : on Second Exchange Size exchange done for the first time for a particular product is free. But if you change the same product for the second time then we do charge you Rs 150 for the second exchange/return.
All returns must be initiated within 4 to 5 days of the delivery date.
Once order placed, cancellation is not available under any circumstances as brand has no refund policy.
Credit note will be issued on the amount you have paid after deducting Rs 100 Discounts/ Coupons used in first order will not be used in second order.
